Mega easy sausage rolls!

320g puff pastry sheet

1 pack of Jolly Hog 'The Porky Black' sausages (the apple in these keeps the sausage rolls moist!)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and ground black pepper

1 free range egg beaten

A handful of sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Remove the sausage meat from the casings and put into a mixing bowl.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with the salt and black pepper, then mix until all combined.

Take the puff pastry sheet and cut into two long rectangles.

Place a layer of sausage meat down the middle of each pastry rectangle.

Brush one edge of each pastry rectangle with the beaten egg, then fold the other side of the pastry over onto the egg-washed edge.

Brush the outside of the rolls with the rest of the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cut each pastry into 8 rolls.

Place the sausage rolls onto a baking tray and put in the preheated oven for approx 20 mins or until golden on the outside and cooked through.

Serve with ketchup, mustard or apple sauce!
