A Jolly Good tray bake with our Proper Porkers, chorizo and chickpeas? There’s nothing better (or simpler). How to make at home:

1 pack Jolly Hog Proper Porkers
200g Spanish chorizo
1 large white onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can chopped tomatoes
500ml chicken stock
1 can chickpeas, drained
Fresh thyme
Salt and pepper

🐽 Start by chopping chorizo, onion and garlic.
🐽 Add a tin of drained chickpeas, chopped tomatoes and a pack of Proper Porkers.
🐽 Season with salt, pepper and a couple of sprigs of fresh thyme.
🐽 Stir together and pop into a pre-heated oven (180°C) for 20 minutes or until the sausages start to brown.
🐽 Pull out of the oven and add in a couple of large handfuls of kale, and 500ml of chicken stock.
🐽 Bake in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes, and serve.
