We’ve taken our Proper Porker sausage meat and wrapped it in a streaky version of our Black Treacle cured bacon. Proving once and for all that Pigs in Blankets are not just for Christmas.

INGREDIENTS

Pork Sausage (70%) (Pork (84%), Water, Gluten Free Crumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose), Salt, Sage, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Stabiliser: Diphosphate; Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite; Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid filled into beef collagen casing), Smoked Treacle Cured Bacon (30%) (Pork Belly (92%), Salt, Treacle (4%), Brown Sugar, Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite).
